Higher Plane
Soft blogging this week as I have a higher calling, following our son at a sports tournament. In theory oodles of time between games to blog (and I am on annual leave so not much else to do). But in practice things come up. Just about to go off to spy on a game between two potential future opponents tomorrow, aiming to bring a report back to the coach ...

Hopefully it's the game they play in heaven??
Trying to find a mate with Showtime so I can watch the World Cup next month, in particular the All Blacks familiar RWC "clutching defeat from the jaws of victory" moment ;)
I'm somewhat surprised to see that the subject of football figures so largely on this blog - dedicated to Anglicanism Down Under.
Perhaps this is an indication that Anglicans in Kiwi-land are more keen to see a footie match on a Sunday than go to Church.
Competing religion, maybe?
Actually it's a hockey tournament ...
Ah, well that's another story!
